Street Impressions
Welcome to the digital exhibition of the collection ‘Street Impressions’. This exhibition will be open during May 2022, then the gallery will be open for other artists of interest.
‘Street Impressions’ is made by the photographer Jill Swerdlow. Jill is an amateur abstract and ICM photographer living in the Gers region of South West France. She has never been able to paint or draw but through the manipulation of light and pixels her photography sometimes has a watercolour, or a kind of impressionistic painterly look. With experimentation, her work lies somewhere between fiction and reality.
In the collection ‘Street Impressions’ each subject has his/her unique characteristic but by using both double exposure and intentional camera movement they become detached from their original self to create someone entirely new .
All photograph’s can be bought down below. The sizes are 40x40cm or 40x30cm depending on proportion’s. We will print and ship all prints in first half of June.
